What makes Hollywood Glam Hair glamorous? We started Hollywood Glam Hair because we believe that every woman deserves the chance to experience what it’s like to have the hair of their dreams. Every woman has saw a celebrity hair style, or a picture in a magazine and thought I’d love for my hair to look this glamourous…?Our brand is dedicated to sourcing 100% premium hair for our hair extensions. Our goal is achieved when clients leave the salon feeling and looking like a STAR.

What texture is the best seller ?Our bestsellers are Loose Wave and Straight. Both textures are full to length and always in stock. For spring and summer 1920s wig the trend tends to be our deep wave and kinky curly hair, both are great for spring break and summer vacations.

What style would you recommend for summer? It’s obvious that our deep wave and curly hair is all the rave this summer, we can barely keep our shelves stocked. Our deep wave hair is very versatile. One minute your slaying curly hair, or feel free to straighten it for a sleek new do.

How do make a closure/frontal look natural? The key to making a closure or frontal look natural is first the type of hair. Having quality hair makes the difference in any hair style, and second having a skilled professional hair stylist to properly install the hair piece. Natural colour lace, bleaching knots, and a pre plucked hair line are all key essentials when installing a closure or frontal style. Our closures and frontals are designed to look and feel natural on all hair types.

Any maintenance tips for us closure gals? Our closures come full, tangle, and shed free so our brand requires little maintenance. However, being mindful of excessive heat and combing with a wide tooth comb will extend the life of your closure.?We advise our clients to use proper hair care products. Sulfate-free hair care products infused with safe and effective ingredients to keep your closure, frontals, and extensions looking flawless, lush, and hydrated.?

Who’s hair are you loving right now??We are in love with Beyoncé’s golden tresses she slayed at her Coachella performance. Wavy, curly hair is always a fun flirty go to hair style. We also love the short chic bob hairstyles, seen on Kim Kardashian and sister Kylie Jenner from time to time.

There’s no right or wrong way to wear wavy hairstyles, whether in a bob or a long protective weave, waves add movement to your hair. Just let it flow baby!

Consult the expertCarl Campbell, celebrity stylist‘The best way to wear waves is to keep the formation loose and free. If you’ve got naturally curly hair, apply a curl defining product from the mid-length to the ends of your strands before allowing your hair to dry naturally. For relaxed hair, use a curling wand to create cascading waves that have a deep-set groove for lasting hold. To maintain your waves, ensure you invest in an intensive conditioner to moisturise and hydrate your tresses. Also, a regular in-salon deep conditioning.’

Use extra length to make a faux fringe. AVOS explains why it will be worth it

What do like about this trend? It’s wearable, fun and sophisticated.megara wig Plus, this style doesn’t compromise your hair, and by that, I mean it involves no cutting or heat.

How do you get it right? The size of the fringe should suit your face shape. Don’t overload the hair with product as this can change the texture to the rest of the hair.

Awarding Body Tackles Lack of Diversity in Stock Imagery Now

VTCT have created their own hair and beauty imagery after finding stock images lacking enough diversity

Market-leading awarding organisation, VTCT, have created their own hair and beauty imagery after finding stock images lacking enough diversity to educate learners adequately.

VTCT hair and beauty experts travelled to Francesco Group, Birmingham, to shoot photos that reflect the behaviours of a range of hair types from poker straight to wavy, coily hair. This photoshoot marks the beginning of VTCT’s landmark move to ensure afro hair and beauty is mandatory learning for aspiring hair and beauty practitioners.

Leading the charge for this move towards inclusivity in hair and beauty education, VTCT quality lead and industry expert, Sonia Robinson, said, “While there are images of curly hair available, they do not adequately reflect all the complexities of it. We needed to capture how uniquely hair behaves and looks when wet, styled, dry, and everything in between.

“All hair types are vastly diverse. Without the resources for learners to identify this, they won’t have the skills to meet the demand for diversity in an increasingly multicultural country.

“I am proud of the work that we are doing to fill this gap and to ensure our learners and training providers have the resources and knowledge to work within an inclusive society.”

This comes after VTCT announced that they are set to become the first awarding body to embed black hair and skin in their core curriculum. This is part of their roadmap to leading the industry in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

As well as reforming their qualifications, VTCT will also provide a range of training activity, to support training providers prepare their staff.  Educators responsible for delivering this new qualification content will receive expert training from VTCT subject matter specialists and wavy hair wig expert technical panels to understand the different characteristics and care across hair and skin types.
